Screen Yorkshire Screen Yorkshire is the regional screen agency for Yorkshire and Humber, England. The agency is based in Leeds and is part of the Regional Screen Agency network which covers the whole of the United Kingdom. Screen Yorkshire's mission is to inspire, promote and support the development of a successful long-term film, broadcast, games and interactive media sector to grow the economic, social and cultural wealth of the region. In 2007-2008, Screen Yorkshire attracted 50 million pounds of inward investment. Screen Yorkshire supports production in the region through its Production Fund, which has invested in a wide range of film and television production, with credits including: “The Damned United,” “Red Riding,” “Unforgiven,” “Wuthering Heights,” “Lost in Austen,” “Brideshead Revisited,” “This Is England,” “The Cottage,” “Hush,” “Mrs Ratcliffes Revolution” and “Bunny and the Bull.” Screen Yorkshire is funded by the regional development agency Yorkshire Forward and the UK Film Council. . . . .
